From Legacy Infrastructure to Hybrid Cloud Setup
Challenge
The client needed to strengthen the security, reliability, and performance of their regional infrastructure while managing strict budget constraints.
Solution
After auditing their environment, we recommended a hybrid cloud migration strategy—moving some systems to Azure cloud and others to a private cloud infrastructure. This approach optimized performance while maintaining a cost-effective cloud strategy.
To ensure a seamless, impact-free migration, we implemented a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). We replicated their existing setup to the new environment and promoted the secondary data center to primary, completing a smooth data center migration with zero disruption.

Modernization of the Wi-Fi Connectivity
Challenge
Our client needed to improve Wi-Fi connectivity for users while simplifying network management and operations.
Solution
After auditing the campus network, we proposed deploying a new Meraki Wi-Fi solution leveraging its cloud-based management system and dashboard. We identified blind spots and optimized Access Point placement to enhance coverage. The network architecture and VLANs were redesigned to increase flexibility and security. Additionally, we reconfigured the RADIUS server to improve authentication and developed a custom dashboard to monitor network performance in real time.

We modernized the legacy PHP Symfony monolithic application by decoupling the frontend and backend components. The backend now provides a robust PHP-based API, while the new Next.js frontend streamlines the management of over 50 distinct applications within a unified monorepository architecture. Shared resources and dependencies are efficiently managed using npm workspaces, enhancing scalability and developer collaboration.

Iaso is our internal automated claim submission platform designed to streamline the reimbursement workflow for HR. We leveraged AWS S3 for secure storage, Amazon Textract for automated data extraction, a rules engine for claim validation, and notification systems to keep both employees and HR informed throughout the process.
