Servier Awards 3-year Data AMS Contract to Neurones IT Asia and Visian

Project Overview
Servier Laboratories, an international pharmaceutical company governed by a non-profit foundation and with its headquarters in France, awarded to Neurones IT Asia the management of its Master Data Management & Integration stack end of 2020 for a period of 3 years.
The scope includes run activities, software development, enhancements and managed services for two keys IS services: Master Data Management & Integration stack.
Changes amongst the way business operate needs change occurring with the information system supporting said business. A few key elements of these changes are:
- A business-centric global service offer.
- Velocity of change and time to market.
- The rise of data as a critical part of the business.
Changes are slow to occur today, with a monthly release which typically induce a two months’ time to production. One of the key objectives of the new organization is to dramatically increase time to market; and reduce this timeframe to a weekly production release while maintaining a high level of quality, required in the pharmaceutical domain.

This cross-business collaboration between France and Singapore creates unique value by combining proximity to Servier’s strategic leadership in France with the operational strength and scalability of our delivery center in Singapore. It enables true follow-the-sun support, continuous coverage, and seamless execution across time zones.
Partnering closely with Visian allows us to offer end-to-end, integrated services—from consulting and architecture to run and enhancement—positioning us competitively in the pharmaceutical IT space, where data quality, compliance, and speed-to-value are critical.

Scope of Work and Data AMS Services
We provide end-to-end Application Management Services for Servier’s Master Data Management (MDM) and Integration stack, including:

- Business user support (Level 2/3)

Given that Master Data Management & Integration domain are classified as GOLD within Servier’s IS landscape, we operate under high expectations for availability, quality, and responsiveness. Servier being a pharmaceutical company, there is a strong emphasis on GxP (“Good Practices”) regulations (like GMP, GLP, GCP), ensuring product safety, quality, and data integrity throughout development, manufacturing, and distribution under strict compliance standards.
