Our Consultant Hiring Process

From deep vetting to domain alignment, our process is built on close collaboration between our client managers and expert recruiters—ensuring every consultant we place is truly the right fit.

Our process ensures that every consultant deployed is technically sound, industry-ready, and aligned to client goals—because we know people make the difference.

We combine client insight, functional expertise, and structured feedback across every stage of the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. 

Collaborative Intake and Role Scoping

Each engagement begins with our Client Sales team, who work closely with stakeholders and businesses to understand the broader business context, project objectives, technology landscape, and delivery model.

This is then transitioned to our Talent Acquisition team, who manage the resourcing lifecycle end-to-end.

Consultant Evaluation Process

Initial Screening and Validation

  • We source candidates through targeted channels, referrals and global portals
  • Screening includes alignment to core client’s competencies, sector relevance and project compatibility
  • Each candidate is assessed against a competency matrix and project brief to ensure context fit—not just skill match


Technical & Peer Review

  • We use assessment platforms such as Codility or in-house tools for technical validation
  • Reviewed by certified senior technical experts, where required for added later of technical vetting
  • Candidates complete scenario-based evaluations reflecting the project context, where required


Verification and Compliance

  • We conduct structured verification of education, employment, and professional references
  • Background checks are aligned with client policies and local regulatory standards, ensuring full transparency
Matching Talent to Industry and Project Needs

All consultants are matched through a combination of:

  • Industry exposure and prior project experience
  • Technology stack familiarity and delivery model fit
  • Alignment with client values and ways of working


This enables us to assign consultants who not only bring technical ability—but understand the rhythm and nuance of your environment.

Consultant Enablement & Upskilling

Consultants are expected to embed themselves within client teams—not only to deliver, but to elevate internal capability.

We enable this through:

  • Clear knowledge transfer checkpoints
  • Optional access to curated training modules for client teams (on request)
Accountability and Delivery Assurance

The quality of outcomes is monitored jointly by:

  • The Engagement Manager, responsible for delivery and alignment
  • The Client Sales team, who remain involved throughout the consultant lifecycle


We conduct regular check-ins, gather structured feedback, and take action early if expectations shift. Our approach is proactive, people-first, and focused on building lasting client partnerships—not just transactional delivery.
